| Ashaig Cemetery is 3.5 miles from Skye
Bridge. An airstrip called 'Broad Ford Airstrip" is located on the right
hand side. You will come to a small bridge and after the bridge turn right
into a minor road. The cemetery is about a quarter of a mile down this road.
There are 2 Commonwealth burials of the 1914-18 war and 18 of the 1939-45 war here. 3 of the 1939-45 burials are unidentified seamen. No. of Identified Casualties: 17 |
