Weaver. The plaque on the wall of the church commemorates 572365 Rifleman Arthur Boulter Tombs of the London Rifle Brigade, he died on 28/03/1918, aged 19. Eldest son of Joseph and Ada Tombs, Golden Valley, Bitsmorton. Also on the memorial are: 11045 Rifleman William Bullock, King's Shropshire Light Infantry, died 16/09/1916, aged 22, son of Lucy Bullock of Hollybush. 30882 Private Albert Thomas Bunn, Worcetershire Regiment, died 20/12/1916, aged 35, Husband of Louisa Emily Bunn of Golden Valley, Bitsmorton. 30084 Private Arthur George Jeynes, Worcestershire Regiment, died 25/09/1917, aged 33. Husband of Florence Hicks (formerly Jeynes) of 1 Glen Cottage, Lower Quest Hills, Malvern. 202724 Private George Bunn, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, died 20/05/1918.
