Memorial within the cemetery

Zigindere Field Dressing Post Cemetery contains symbolic grave markers for soldiers from all over Turkey who are known to have died around Gully Ravine (similar to CWGC cemetery special memorials), also several statues/memorials.

The wounded soldier statue represents soldiers of Turkish 25th and 26th Regiments, who are also commemorated on the main cemetery memorial, along with Captain Kemal Bey, Staff Commander of the Turkish 2nd Division, who was killed nearby, by British artillery
