GENERAL DIRECTIONS: The cemetery is 3km south east of Ieper on a road off the N336 Ieper-Komen road. Leave Ieper via the Lille Gate and cross the ring road in the direction of Lille and Armentieres. The road name then changes to Rijselseweg, after 1km go left into Komenseweg after 2km turn right towards house number 34 Kommenseweg, the cemetery is a further 500m down this track.

 

Started by a French battalion of Chasseurs Alpins in November 1914, this cemetery was used by commonwealth units from February 1915 until February 1916.  After the armistice, the French graves were removed.
