GENERAL DIRECTIONS: North of Ieper this cemetery can be found by taking the Korte Ieperstraat from the Markt at Langemarck, at the crossroads take a right turn into Boezingestraat and after a further 500m go first left into Ieperstraat. Follow this road to the T junction and turn right into Briekstraat, then go first left into Hemelrijkstraat and the cemetery is a little further along this road on the left.
Although it is uncertain as to how the farmhouse which once stood here became known as Minty Farm, it seems almost certain that the name was probably adopted by a Wiltshire unit. The farmhouse was at one time used as a German blockhouse and in 1917 as a company headquarters for allied troops. The cemetery was started here in 1917 and used until April 1918 by fighting units in the area. Over a third of burials here are of Officers and men of the Royal Artillery.
CASUALTY DETAILS: UK 192; Germany 1; Total Burials: 193
