Cachy is a village and commune in the Department of the Somme, three kilometres north of Domart. The Communal Cemetery is on the road to Gentelles and the Commonwealth grave is near the north-east side of the central path.
Cachy Communal Cemetery contains one Commonwealth burial of the First World War.

Lt. Harold Hubert THOMPSON, 18th Bn Australian Infantry, A.I.F. Died 15th April 1918. Age 29. Son of Magnus and J. Thompson. Born at Macleay River, New South Wales. North East side of central path.
