General Directions: Forenville is a small village 5 kilometres south-east of Cambrai. The Cemetery is south of the village and opposite the Communal Cemetery. Forenville village was captured on 8 October 1918 and two cemeteries were made nearby: La Targette British Cemetery and Forenville Military Cemetery, opposite the Communal Cemetery and called at first Forenville Communal Cemetery Extension. It was removed to Forenville Military Cemetery after the Armistice. Forenville Military Cemetery was made by the Guards and 2nd Divisions between 10th and 20th October 1918. This cemetery was built on the site of what was once a German Cemetery, although these graves have now been removed. Casualty Details: UK 99, New Zealand 2, Total Burials: 101
