General Directions: Using the D919 from Arras-Amiens, it is necessary to drive through the villages of Bucquoy, Puisieux and then Serre Les Puisieux which lies around 20km south of Arras, a further 3km after this village is a left turn signed for Auchonvillers, take this road and at the crossroads in the village follow signs for the "Newfoundland Park, Beaumont Hamel". The cemetery is located within the memorial park.
This cemetery started by the V Corps as V Corps Cemetery No.12 in 1917 is 460m south of No.1, most of the burials date from the early days of July 1916, although 7 isolated graves were brought here after the armistice. The cemetery stands within the boundaries of the Newfoundland Park, Beaumont Hamel.
Further Information: Parking is available outside the park and access is fairly easy, although it does require a short walk through the park. It should be noted that during inclement weather the surface of the park is often treacherous.
