General Directions: Preseau is a village on the road D73, Valencienne - Villers pol, approximately 6 kilometres south-east of Valencienne and 10 kilometres north-west of Le Quesnoy. The Communal Cemetery is on the south side of the village, adjoining the churchyard, and the extension is beside the Communal Cemetery, 50 metres from the church.

The Extension was made by the 4th Division in November, 1918, after the capture of the village.
